Darryl A. Baldwin is an infrastructure development strategist and real estate project sponsor focused on identifying, structuring, and advancing large-scale development opportunities where real estate, technology, and infrastructure converge. He is the founder and principal of Top Consultants Inc., a strategic development platform that works with investors, developers, municipalities, and institutional partners to unlock value in complex assets and redevelopment opportunities.

Darryl specializes in the strategic evaluation and repositioning of underutilized assets, particularly those located within major economic corridors, transportation hubs, and port-adjacent markets. His work often involves aligning public and private stakeholders, structuring development frameworks, and designing capital strategies capable of supporting complex infrastructure and real estate initiatives.

Prior to focusing on development strategy, Darryl built his career working within Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 organizations, where he held roles involving enterprise software solutions, corporate training, security analysis, and technology sales. These roles provided him with deep experience in enterprise operations, technology platforms, and organizational strategy.

He later transitioned into entrepreneurship within the financial and real estate sectors, co-founding a mortgage company and launching a real estate investment firm that expanded to include more than 230 buyers and investors. This experience laid the groundwork for his continued focus on real estate acquisition strategy, development planning, and project structuring.

Darryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Intelligence & Analytics Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management, along with a Graduate Certificate in Big Data & Analytics. His academic focus emphasizes the integration of data analytics, technology, and strategic planning in modern infrastructure and real estate development.

His leadership philosophy is strongly influenced by his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and mission-oriented mindset that continue to guide his professional approach. During his military service he also attended Chaminade University of Honolulu and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, continuing his education while serving his country.

In addition to his professional work, Darryl is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and holds a Master’s Course Certification in Aquaponics, reflecting his continued interest in sustainable agriculture systems and next-generation infrastructure solutions.

A Marine Corps veteran and former member of the U.S. Kyokushin Karate Team, Darryl approaches development and business strategy with discipline, persistence, and a mission-driven mindset. Through Top Consultants Inc., he focuses on advancing projects that integrate real estate, infrastructure, technology, and capital strategy to create long-term economic impact and scalable development platforms.
