Nader Alborno is a Chartered Civil Engineer and real estate development executive with more than 29 years of experience in infrastructure development, real estate investment, asset management, and large-scale project execution across the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East.
Recognized for his disciplined leadership style and strategic approach to complex projects, Nader has extensive experience working with U.S. and European-based companies expanding operations into the United States and the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His work has focused on supporting business development initiatives, structuring development opportunities, and advising on infrastructure and construction strategy for large-scale projects.
Nader’s practical experience in real estate ownership and operations includes the ownership and management of Atlanta’s historic Peach Building, where he gained significant expertise in operating and managing a high-rise commercial asset. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of building operations, structural oversight, asset management, and long-term property performance.
Throughout his career, Nader has also worked closely with startup ventures and turnaround companies, helping organizations develop effective business strategies, structure operational plans, and negotiate complex agreements necessary to support sustainable growth.
He earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Engineering Science from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom and has been a Chartered Civil Engineer (C.Eng.) for more than 30 years. He is also a long-standing Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence in engineering and infrastructure development.
Nader currently serves as an equity owner, co-founder, and board member of six corporations spanning industries that include sustainable construction technologies, real estate development, sustainable food production, and renewable energy initiatives. He has also served as Acting President of Billion Flow Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Real Estate Acquisition Corporation.
In these roles, he has been responsible for identifying and negotiating strategic development sites, evaluating infrastructure requirements, and overseeing project planning, including the design and assessment of buildings, water systems, sewage systems, transportation infrastructure, and regulatory compliance.
Combining the technical expertise of a Chartered Civil Engineer with the strategic perspective of a corporate executive, Nader brings deep insight into infrastructure planning, development strategy, construction design, project lifecycle analysis, and regulatory navigation, helping guide complex projects from concept through execution.
